            __Artifex Terra - Height map editor and painter for terrain.__

Free software, using the Ogre engine and the ((ETM|Editable Terrain Manager)).

Features: artpad support, brush-system, texture painting/editing, colour painting, sculpting tools, terrain and colour filters, ogre object placement and editing. Exports heightmap, colourmap, lightmap and coveragemaps separately.

__Project state:__
The project website was offline for a whole year (now grabbed by a spammer) and the author had no time.
But he want to publish the project again on the new web site [http://www.artifexterra.com|www.artifexterra.com]. 
If he has some more free time, he also want to finish an extended release of Artifex Terra.
