This is the Ogre wiki bot created and run by ((User:spacegaier|spacegaier)). Its creation was discouraged by the ((WikiProjects:WikiBot|community WikiBot project)) and it is based on the  [http://pywikipediabot.sourceforge.net|pyWikipediaRobot-Framework] which is also used by many bots running on wikipedia.org.

This bot is running productively, but he is __not__ running in automatic mode, meaning that every changing attempt has either to be approved by me or is checked by me after proceding!

The bot is currently regularly doing the following __jobs__:

* Detecting selflinks
* Cosmetic changes, e.g. deleting unnecessary whitespaces, correcting ISBN numbers, correcting wrong cases of wiki markup words, correcting (x)HTML syntax, correcting internal wiki links...
* Fixing redirects, meaning that redirect pages are skipped by the usage of direct links (however the old redirect pages remain for external linking)
* Searching for broken external links (yet not decided on how to solve them then - writing PMs to everyone is way too much work, alternative would be to automatically let the bot post about in on the respective Talk page)
