            If it's ok with everyone I'd like to see the picks by the Ogre Team and MVPs at the top, then a seperator of some kind and then the picks by general Ogre users.

Added a reference to Xavier's book. I think it's mandatory read for every Ogre newbie, and almost any Ogre user. I've put it as a personal pick, but I suggest moving it to the introduction of this page. What do you think?
