The text states that "There is another way to get Code::Blocks to see the new environment variable without restarting Code::Blocks but for new users the simplest way is to not have CB running when the Ogre SDK is installed." However this is not explained.

I'm working on installing the SDK, after I installed it wrong the first time. I'd like very much to be able to make absolutely SURE that that environment variable is set up properly, but alas, I have no way of knowing. If anyone could clarify this document it would help me a great deal.
