You need to make sure you've installed the C++ extensions before continuing.
Also make sure that you've create a CMake project as outlined in ((slkdfj))

!Setting up a NetBeans Ogre project
!!New C++ project with existing sources.
!!Select Mode dialogue
!!Run configuration
Select the executable in the project tree, right-click and setup it's run properties.
